Unique Technology with a patented valve

Hydroelite Vidi, which is the top of the line product from Hydroware, is an integrated drive- and control system for hydraulic lifts. It is equipped with Hydroware's unique valve system which allows the lift to travel directly into the floor, without creeping. The valve also runs without bypass at full speed upwards. This reduces the travel time and the energy consump­tion.

Dramatically decreased power demand and Low energy consumption

Hydroelite Vidi is equipped with a current limiting frequency inverter and an air-cooled IE2 motor.  Thanks to that you can accept a small decrease of the speed from 25% load and more we can reduce the power demand by up to 70%. According to VDI4707 only 20% of all trips are performed with more than 25% load. The air-cooled IE2 motor together with unique servo valve also cut the energy consumption by 70% compared to other conventional systems.

Fast and easy commissioning

The commissioning is made easy through one learn trip for the hydraulics and one learn trip for the floor setting. It is entirely self-learning and self-adjusting. No manual adjustments are required, and the stopping accuracy increases with each trip.

Increased lift capacity

Direct approach to the floor without creeping leads to shorter travel time and increased traffic capacity. The reaction time from a call to start is very short, which also helps to increase the traffic capacity and the ride comfort of the lift.

No overheated oil

Thanks to the unique features of the valve more trips per hour can be made without problems with overheated oil. With a HydroElite Vidi you don’t need to worry about overheated oil and there is no need for an energy intensive oil cooler anymore. The air-cooled motor helps to keep the oil cool.

Safer with only one supplier

That the drive- and control system is from the same supplier also gives an increased security and an easier handling when it comes to support, service and warranties.
